Description:
Sagardighi of Kamalarani is a large reservoir located in Baniachong Upazila of Habiganj District, Bangladesh. Built on 66.00 acres of land, this dam is awarded as the second largest reservoir in the country in terms of volume. This lake was dug by the local feudal lord Padmanabha.

History:
Dighi of Kamala Rani built 700 years ago is located in Moulvibazar. It is known as Sagardighi and is a historical place in Rajnagar area. Kamlarani Dighi or Sagar Dighi is located in Rajnagar Police Station of Moulvibazar District.
The area of this lake is 12 acres 12 bigha 12 poa 12 chhatka area. Shah Qutb Uddin (RA), one of the traveling companions of Shahjalal (RA) and one of the 360 Auliyas, lies in eternal sleep on the western side of Dighi. Devotees gather from all over the country to visit his shrine.

Poet Jasimuddin Baniachang once wrote a poem called 'Rani Kamalavati's Dighi', which is part of his introductory collection of poems, to enjoy the natural environment and beauty of Nayanaviram Sagardighi when he came to visit.
