Shamurbari is a tourist spot which is situated in Gaudia union of Louhojong Upazila of Munshiganj district. It is a few kilometers away from Mridhabari. It is built at the bank of Padma river and tourists can enjoy the river from the spot. They can take engine boat rides and see the sunset. The spot has a wide open space surrounded by green trees and grasses.
How to be here
There are some bus services available from Dhaka to Munshiganj named ‘Nayan Paribahan’, ‘Dighir Par Paribahan’, ‘Ganchil’, ‘Dhaka Transport’. On the way from Maowa to Baligaon, there is a bus stop called Bejgaon Bus Stand located next to Malir Anko Bazar. Local people will be able to say the direction of Shamurbari from those areas.
