Bilaichari is an Upazila which is a part of Rangamati district in south-eastern Bangladesh. The Upazila is covered with waterfalls, hills, forests and lake. Muppochora waterfall is one of the most amazing and greatest waterfall among them. The waterfall gives a natural view of Chittagong hill tracts. Various species of green trees are covered around it. The water falls downwards with a great speed over some steps of an imposing wall. Tourists can take bath by the transparent water of this waterfall.
How to be here
At first, tourists will have to go to Kaptai and then they can hire a trawler from launch-ghat which will take 2.30 hours to reach Bilaichari. Then after reaching Bilaichari, tourists will have to hire another trawler from hospital-ghat to reach Bangalkata. Then according to guide’s advice, tourists can go to the waterfall by trekking.

Tourists can stay at ‘Niribili Boarding’ which is situated in hospital-ghat.

There are some local food shops in Bilaichari, such as, ‘vat-ghar’, ‘bokuler dokan’ etc.
